The strings. The emptiness. The moment everything died and only breath remained.
Now ordinary life feels like a bad joke and normal meditation bores the shit out of you.
This is not stress relief. This is not another technique to feel calm for three days then crash. This is learning to stay present inside the cyclone — using the only thing that actually held when your world ended: your own breath.
I'm not here to fix you or sell you constant bliss. I've been through the mask, the overthinking, the rock bottom, the shit barrel of diagnoses and meds, the monk-level overdoing, and the slow return to a breath-centered steadiness that actually holds in real life.
We use the breath as the main anchor. Not as another technique to perform — as a quiet friend you get to know. I'll guide you through the same kind of curious observing I eventually landed on after burning out in robes.
Sessions are a mix of listening, direct inquiry, and practical exploration. We might map how your breath behaves today, go deliberately into the scary guts together, or work with the patterns and strings in real time.
Between sessions you use the free library as simple homework when you want it. No rigid daily practice required.
This is coaching, not therapy. I'm trauma-informed by lived experience, but if deeper clinical work is needed I'll say so and refer you. Sessions are online, usually 60–75 minutes.
Payment plans available — 2 or 3 payments, just ask.
Limited sliding scale spots for those in genuine financial need. Be honest about it and I'll be honest back.
No endless monthly retainers. We work until the breath becomes your anchor. Then you're done — or we restart when life hits again.
Fill in a short application — seven questions, five minutes. I read every one. If we're a match, I send you the booking link directly. If not, I'll tell you straight and point you somewhere better.
